We offer you the TOTAL PACKAGE APPROACH of Refractory and High Temperature Insulation. YRP represent many of the leading worldwide Refractory manufacturers as well as benefiting from having our own production company – Tekniform Limited.
Tekniform Ltd has the most advanced machinery available allowing us to Vacuum Form, CNC Machine, Dye-Press, Cut, Sand and Turn, high quality parts such as Dams, Transition Rings, Transition Plates, Pouring and Stopper Cones and Filtration Products.

The Aluminium & Non-Ferro department within YRP was set up with the intention of being able to become a “one-stop-shop for all your Refractory needs”. The deidcation of our sales & design engineers, high quality products and the tailor made ordering sytems we offer has changed the way many customers, old & new are ordering their Refractory and HTI products from the every day consumables through to project work.

General Refractories:
• Dense Firebricks – 38% Alumina upto 85% Alumina

Ideal for use in Melting & Holding Furnaces and high wear Launder applications
• Calcium Silicate Insulating Boards and Shapes – 1000ºC & 1100ºC
• Vermiculite Insulating Boards and Shapes– 1100ºC – 400 Kgs/m3 upto 1200 Kgs/m3

Complete Launder Systems:
• Preformed Launder Sections and Table Refractory manufactured from
materials, such as Rex-Roto Pyroform™ and Pyrolite™
• EZ-Fill Extender a joint and patching compound to seal and to
connect Pyroform™ pre-formed shapes to make a perfect
sealing of the joints between each section
• Pyroform™ Sealer a surface preparation agent

Coatings for several applications:
• Boron Nitride coatings, in different grades, highest quality in non-wetting
coatings to protect against liquid aluminium. Boron Nitride forms a protective
layer against oxidation and corrosion on high duty equipment
• Bone Ash as a separating agent for molten metal

Tekniform Vacuum Formed Shapes:
• Vacuum Formed Stopper Cones
• Vacuum Formed Pouring Cones
All Vacuum Formed Products are available in RCF or Non RCF and temperature ranges from 1000ºC upto 1600ºC. Our revolutionary Pouring Cones can now encorporate Ceramic or Cloth Filtration.
